For people asking about the dashboard, here's a demo version with fake business details for a freelance videographer. I do almost all my work in Claude Code now, so it automatically observes the work and distractions I'm doing and parses them out to the dashboard with async

this is cool. I've been trying out the new Claude Code tasks feature recently instead (stored as JSON). it's working well for me. I still use markdown for everything else.
