Parallel Claude Code Use
People are exploring using multiple parallel Claude Code instances for increased productivity but also discussing the need for better orchestration and project management tools in this workflow.
one crazy thing about 2026 SWE is you can work on like 5 tasks in parallel. Select 3-5 tasks on the kanban board and put them all in Progress. Then load up 3-5 claude code terminals i mean..
running 5 parallel claude code sessions means you're now a project manager, not a programmer. the tool you actually need is something that orchestrates and reports back, not another terminal tab. the IDE paradigm was built for humans typing code โ we need something totally
actually been doing something similar. kimi k2.5 is surprisingly good for visual to code stuff but claude code still wins on pure engineering tasks imo. the real tradeoff is context switching between 4 workflows slows you down more than most people admit
