Users are finding race conditions in Claude Code's swarm implementation, where multiple agents attempt to perform the same task simultaneously, leading to duplicated work.

Just tried Claude Code's swarm. It tried to use file for shared task list. Race condition right out of gate. Two agents claimed the same task and did repeated work. There is a reason why Apple uses SQLite for nearly all the local services. Filesystem is great until it sucks.
