The hard truth: Setup took me WEEKS. - Installing Ollama, Claude Code, MCP - Configuring environment variables - Writing custom scripts - Troubleshooting dependencies Not beginner-friendly.
I spent some time this week testing Ollama and LM Studio. LM Studio feels better for in-app chat, but I had issues linking it with OpenCode / Claude Code (e.g. n_keep tokens).
