It's definitely more than just a hallucination. I've been using Antigravity for 2 weeks non stop, worked perfectly even on large codebases, and started failing miserably just yesterday. Claude Code with Opus still works great

claude_codeでskills読まない問題はコンテキストが長くなった時に起きやすいと思います。過去にすでに読んだか、記憶が混濁してスキルがある事自体忘れているような(あくまで)感覚があります。結構こまめにclearしないと性能落ちる感覚があるのでそうしてます。clearしても問題ないように
