Users are reporting a bug in Claude Code version 2.0.74+ where the Language Server Protocol (LSP) fails to initialize properly due to an issue with loading servers from plugins, preventing plugin functionality.

Heads up: LSP in Claude Code 2.0.74+ is broken. LspServerManager.initialize() never loads servers from plugins. Multiple GitHub issues open (#15168, #15836, #16214). Plugin installs fine but always returns "No LSP server available". Waiting for official fix
