Claude Code workflow shift

We killed spec documents because they were never up-to-date. Plot twist: Claude Code needs them to be up-to-date. The irony? LLMs are forcing us to do the documentation work we always should have done.
The weird part: he barely touches the keyboard anymore. One terminal running Claude Code. One terminal for thinking. The AI drafts, he reviews, it ships.
