Coding democratization with Claude
People are discussing how Claude Code may empower non-technical individuals to build and lead technical projects, potentially diminishing the roles of traditional product managers and CTOs.
In 1-2 years, Product Managers will cease to exist. Either they get more technical via Claude Code and be builders themselves or they go the way of dinosaurs. These hybrid PM/Builder people who understand the customers and business deeply will simply be called “Product Creators”
There is no such thing as non-technical founder anymore. There is just a founder who did not bother to take a week to learn to Claude Code. And yeah, you also do not need a CTO anymore. Just create a CTO skill in Claude Code and hook it up to Linear for automated ticket creation
