Old guy here - CLI is the future. Lack of quality CLI hamstrings Windows with AI because everything has to be a click, hence that stupid text size ad. On Linux I can throw Claude Code on it and tell it to set up my environment with what I want, discuss my options, and just take
Claude Code often gives command errors under Windows, wasting tokens. To really use it smoothly, you still have to install WSL Not sure how other CLIs support Windows
