Anthropic should allow bot usage on Claude Code subscription plans. It'll drive usage up, for sure, but that also means some people would need to upgrade their plans! I don't think almost anyone would use Opus API for Clawdbot, for example. It would be insanely expensive.

the only way i could really see it being worth it is the multiplayer perhaps. but personally i've hooked up an opencode fork to remote sandboxes and can run claude code + codex for $20/mo with plenty of usage for my use case with clones in the cloud.

Claude Code isn't going to get more expensive. Claude Code will always be affordable. Claude Coke skills and agents however... Think of them like subscriptions to different creators. You get to choose the tools and high level agents, the low level LLM stuff is cheap.
